Barre Apartment
Our client had a very old farmhouse with an adjoining room that they wanted to turn into an efficiency apartment. The structure itself was in tough shape and very out of square as well as out of plumb. There were no utilities or heat.
We designed a new space for them using our modeling software and proceeded to create a “tiny house” within their house for a live-in farm hand. The project was a challenge, as we had to work with the town to bring the very old structure up to code. The space now has its own heat, electrical panel, bath, and kitchen!
